  1. This account is for the Monster Energy® x Halo Experience using Snapchat. To participate in the national promotion to get 2XP and enter the Sweepstakes, create a separate account or log in to your separate account here.

  2. Once you create your account, you will need to verify your email address. Check your email that was used during account creation and there will be a verification email. Click on the link within that email to verify your email address. Once the verification is complete, you may start submitting your Snapchat codes to redeem the reward on your account.

  3. Yes, you must create an account and upload your qualifying Snapchat codes in order to receive your reward.

  4. You must verify your email address before you can start uploading receipts in your account. The verification email may be directed to your junk mail or spam folders, so you should check these folders as well.

  5. If you didn't get the verification email or can't find it, sign into your account and click on "Account Overview" at the top of the page. Then click, "Resend Email" and check your email.

  6. Sign into your account and click "Edit Account" at the top of the page. Then follow the instructions to update your account information.

  7. Sign into your account and click "Edit Account" at the top of the page. Click "Change Password", then enter your old password and your new password to update.

  8. Go to the account Login page and click "Forgot My Password". You will receive an email with a link and instructions to reset your password.

  9. No, your account is used and accessible for this promotion only.

  10. Sign into your account and click on "Edit Account" at the top of the page, then select "Close Account". You will be asked to click "Close Account" again as confirmation, and then your account will be closed. All information related to your account including your personal information and any rewards redeemed will be closed. Once you close your account, you will not be able to create another account with the same email address.

Snapchat Codes

    • Open the Snapchat app and scan your Monster Energy can QR code to participate in the Monster Halo Snapchat Experience. Follow the instructions in the Snapchat Experience to complete tasks to unlock one Code (“Code”) each month (September 2020, October 2020 and November 2020). Your Code will disappear once you close Snapchat so make sure you redeem it right away by following the instructions or save it.
    • The Snapchat Experience will take you to the Monster website (www.monsterhaloexperience.com) to create a Fandango Rewards account and enter each of the three Codes for validation by 12/31/2020.
    • Collect Codes for a weapon coating for Halo Infinite.
    • Once all three Codes are entered into your Fandango Rewards account and validated you will be able to redeem your weapon coating. You will be given a Halo Waypoint token to redeem the weapon coating. Log into your Microsoft account at www.halowaypoint.com/redeem and redeem the token to receive your weapon coating by 12/31/2020.

HaloWaypoint.com Redeem Code FAQ

  1. Codes are 20 characters long, include both numbers and letters, and follow a 5x4 format—five blocks of four characters.

    1. From a web browser, go to Halowaypoint.com/redeem
    2. Sign into your Halo Waypoint account (this is the same as your Microsoft account that you use to login to Xbox Live). If you do not have one, you can create one for free here.
    3. Enter the 20-character code, then follow the prompts. Don't worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.
    4. Confirmation – You'll see confirmation that your item was successfully redeemed. Items will be saved to your library and will be available when Halo Infinite is released.
